The Nottingham Arms was, the best-selling British author and pioneer conservationist John Moore's local during the WW2 years. There is now an interesting Museum in the town named after him (Church Street) see button at the bottom of this page.
The former landlord Bill Chum talked about 'ghostly goings on', he produced a leaflet explaining some of the ghost activity, not many took it seriously, years later after Bill had sadly passed on, his leaflet was rediscovered.
The ghostly surprise is, you can see through the arm of the guitarist Bill photographed for his leaflet (see photo left). Perhaps Bill really knew something after all the doubters. Bill's leflet is now available online, see buttons at the bottom of this page.
Dog Friendly like many other shops, pubs and cafes in Tewkesbury.
Car Parking is available on street (1 hour, unrestricted after 5pm) and a short walk away, please look for car park signs near the Nottingham Arms or click the button above to view the Location Map.
